“My Nation” – A different political party.

 

This is a work of fiction.

 

Any resemblance to any existing or dead is purely co-incidental.

 

This book does not suggest any change in existing political system in India. Rather, intension is to further strengthen our great democracy.

 

Also, this book is written without any knowledge of laws related to party formation, government processes & laws. Hence errors and omissions are expected. Please consider this as a fantasy book.

 

There is no intension to criticize any existing political party, government, gender, casts, region, language, profession etc. Still author hereby offers apologies if someone’s sentiments, beliefs are disturbed due to this book.

 

Lastly, Author earnestly requests each citizen of India to think as how we can make our democratic country as a superpower in world, which should bring peace and unity to whole world, and in whole universe as well, since mankind is now in space also.

Political Party – How & Why

This will be a complete different new political party. Present parties are based on various aspects like religion, state, language etc. Obviously, they must give priority to grow their party’s primary motive. We need to rise all above this and start thinking from Nation perspective.

 

This is the reason, party name is ‘My Nation’. It can be easily translated in every regional language. In Marathi, it will be ‘Maza Desh’. In Hindi, it will be ‘Mera Desh’ so on and so forth.

 

With the rise of AI [Artificial Intelligence], relevance of language expertise or dependency will reduce drastically. By just a click, we can convert text to any language. Generally National language gets decided to have a common platform of communication throughout the country. With new technology of automatic translations, there is no need of National Language. All languages are equal. Rather, usage of all languages will increase employment opportunities for translators. Even with AI, we need someone to check translation correctness.

 

Also, due to virtualization, now actually demographic boundaries are vanished.

 

With the increase of modernization, people must focus more on acquiring new skills, styles. Hence relevance to religion is also quite reduced. Religion is always individual choice. Nowadays, generally we do not see educated people much in any religious activity.

 

People are more interested to fulfill their basic needs. They want money to buy food, clothing, shelter, internet etc. Hence support by masses to present political parties look diminishing. On television, when we see an agitation by a political party, we see media person more than the activists. People are just watching these incidents as any common TV serial.

 

In present political system, many many good people are there with great vision. But as mentioned above, they ideas, vision automatically gets boundary due to their political party ideology.

 

This new political party will be 180 degrees change.

 

India is a very vast country. Administration must be best with fallback arrangements. Hence, existing ‘President – State Governors’ structure will also remain as it is.

 

This new party will be designed to make us ‘Pro-active’. Britishers set up an ‘Reactive’ type system. Because their main intention was not to bring wellbeing to citizens. Now in a fast-changing environment, we cannot wait till an incident to happen and then start finding solution. We must be proactive in all possible ways.

 

Also, this new party will be a process oriented. Like a business organization, there will be set rules, goals, and processes. So even with change of hands, progress will not stop. So actually, it will bring safety to the party members. To stop an initiative / progress, now criminals will not think to eliminate, injure party worker. Because they will know that even if one party worker is eliminated, there will be second one to take over and will take forward development in same manner. Development will not depend on one or specific person(s). It will be collected efforts towards set goals following defined process.

 

This party will continue supporting all existing good schemes / government processes [whether party is in power or not], which help to nation. For example, all governments try to boost new businesses, factories to increase employment. This new party will definitely continue with same process but additionally it will include some other perspective, methods as mentioned in ‘Priority Assignments’ and ‘Additional Focus Areas’.

 

Nowadays we see that voting percentage is reduced. Maybe it is state elections or central elections. Always we see that voting is only 60-70%. In democracy, it should be 100%. For many reasons, voters do not turn up. This new political party may give them an alternative and voting percentage might increase. If 100% voting is done and some candidate won election just because he/she got maximum votes which were just 10% of total votes, then always he /she must keep in mind that he/she must do something better for those remaining 90% also. Else in next elections, picture might be different.

Election Symbol

Preferred Symbol will be ‘Diamond’. This party is supposed to have all gems from every corner of India. We are absolutely full of all kind of talent in this country. Like a diamond contains many carets, each type of talent is a like a caret.

 

Skillful cutting of diamond or shaping increases its value. Many talented members of this party will actually increase value of our amazing country.

 

Hence Diamond symbol will be most appropriate. It should appear in party flag as shown in cover page. Also, brochures can be designed in same way to fix on clothes.

 

Other possible Symbols could be as follows,

 

1)    Window: - As this party is going to open many avenues for development of country and bring very fresh air and light, Window Symbol could be next appropriate.

 

2)    Plate Containing Food: - This party will always think for betterment of citizens. It will make every effort to feed each and every person. Also, as different kind of food items help to make a best plate, person from different talent will help to make proper food for thoughts. So, Plate containing Food also could be a suitable symbol.

3)    Pen Nib with Seven Rays: - As we know, education only can help to grow. This party will always stress for better education and spread of knowledge. Once knowledge is available, a person can shine in many ways. Hence ‘Pen Nib with Seven Rays’ also could be a next better option.

 

4)    Fountain: - This party will ensure that the development will flow down till last person. Fountain works same way and makes surrounding very beautiful. Hence this also could be a better symbol.

 

In any case, Election commission of India only can decide as which Symbol can be allocated to which party. So, decision of Election commission of India will be final.

 

 

 

Party Constitution

Ø  Any Indian born human, not having any past / present legal case, can join this party. Any ex-member of existing other political party or relatives, should consider this party’s structure / formation / rules / tasks fully before joining. Because this party will be completely different.

Ø  AI entities / Robots cannot be member of this party.

Ø  Person having correct Education, skills, experience, only will get MP, MLA positions. Of course, the person must be medically fit and young enough to take stress.

Ø  A person, who wish to serve his motherland to best of capacity, only should join this party. Anyone looking to make money out of it, should not join. This party promotes only pure service to nation without taking any benefits like monetary, social, personal, or any other.

Ø  Party activities not to be seen on roads. No Banners, no agitations, no public debates gatherings on roads, grounds etc.

Ø  No donations by non-member, business house etc.

Ø  Party communications will be in electronic or print or one-to-one form only.

Ø  Party will have its own web site, which will contain member details. Preferably, this web site will be created and hosted by country’s IT department. So that all details will be accessible to government. This party does not have any hidden agenda. It will work on pre-defined goals and processes which will be beneficial to the country as a whole. Due to rules, country IT department might not help for website, in that case, party will find any other renowned Indian service provider, who should preserve data in India data centers only. Even Disaster Recovery backup centers also should be India only. In no case, data should get exposed to other country or any AI [Artificial Intelligence] engine.

Ø  Party will generate funds through membership fees only, which will be very nominal.

Ø  Party will work only on merits. As formation indicates, there is no place for cast, family history. Hence no question of any kind of reservations.

Ø  A member has to work on assignments fixed by party only. Membership will automatically get cancelled if person observed doing some different activities in name of this party.

Ø  If office bearer, MP, MLA found performing any different activity or following some different agenda then that person’s position, party membership will automatically get cancelled. Party will not be liable for person’s acts. Party’s website will contain information about such suspensions. At the same time, party officials will review previous activities / decisions taken by that person.

Ø  Party members, office bearers, MPs/MLAs will always support existing government of country.

Ø  Party member will never talk about other party or their members in public or privately. This party’s members have no business in talking about others.

Ø  Comparison of party activities with other party’s activities will never be done in public by party member.

Ø  Party member will never talk about past bad, wrong decisions taken in this country. Party ideology is, no person / decision is bad. Only situation proves a person or decision is good or bad. In past, person might have taken some decision which was suitable at that time. Past is past. We cannot change it now. But we can create something new, suitable situations.

Ø  Only official spokespersons will communicate with media. Media briefing will be at fix schedule. It could be daily / weekly as per need. It will be one-way [party spokesperson to press] communication only. This will be like progress report submission. Information will be broadcasted on party website immediately after press briefing. This is to restrict confusions which might get created using latest technologies like fake messages, clips, deepfakes etc. Other members, MPs, MLAs are supposed to concentrate only on their work and not to discuss anything with press.

Ø  Citizens should be able to communicate with party on party’s website or by sending plain text messages to party toll free number or with local member of this party. That member is supposed to register message on party website with appropriate details only.

Ø  Party officials, MPs, MLAs will never participate in any public festivals, religious events as chairperson / organizer. They can get involved as common man only, but never on stage or as center of attraction.

Ø  Party officials, MPs, MLAs will never sit on stage during any opening ceremony conducted by government. For example, new bridge, railway opening ceremony etc. Though these projects are done by Government, wherein MPs/MLAs of this new party were involved, still they will not involve as chief guest, dignitary for opening ceremony etc. Project was done with Tax money collected from general public. Hence most relevant person from common man, related to that project will only be selected for opening ceremony.

Ø  Party officials, MPs, MLAs will never sit on stage during any opening ceremony conducted by non-government agencies. Though their project would have been done by government support, only most relevant person from common man should be a dignitary for such events.

Ø  Party members, officials, MPs, MLAs will always consider them as enablers only. They will never be high profile, VIPs etc.

Ø  Party will keep a close watch on financial status of its members. While joining party, member has to disclose his and family’s financial position every year. In case of any abnormalities observed anytime, member will be liable to provide justification to party authorities. If found that wealth is increased due to position or contacts in government, membership will get cancelled and party will file a possible corruption case against that member.

Ø  Party will conduct monthly performance analysis of office bearers, MPs, MLAs and take necessary action which can include a ‘recall’ step.

Ø  Any party member, office bearer, MP, MLA, if changes party, then person’s party membership and position automatically get cancelled.

Ø  Whole party will get dissolved as per different clauses mentioned under ‘Party Dissolve’ chapter in this book.

Ø  After every five years, party process reengineering will take place. In the fast pace technology world, many new processes will need to be added and some existing will become redundant or will need changes. 

 

Party Formation

As any other party, ‘My Nation’ will have Party President and other officials. But Party fabric will be totally different.

 

All people willing to join this party, will be seen in three different groups such as

 

1)    Male

2)    Female

3)    Transgender

 

Above is the natural division of total mankind. Each group is having specific requirements, issues, solutions. It will remain same across states, languages, religions.

 

For administrative purpose, state wise virtual grouping will be done.

 

Each of above-mentioned group will have further sub-grouping as

 

a)    Seniors

b)    Adults

c)     Youngsters

d)    Kids

 

Above is again the perfect natural sub-division of mankind life cycle. Each stage of life is having specific requirements, issues, solutions. It will remain same across states, languages, religions.

 

‘Adults’ may have to provide guidance, care to ‘Youngsters’ and ‘Kids’ sub-groups as they may be less matured due to age.

 

In short, population will be considered only as a Mankind. It will not be viewed by religion, region, language etc.

 

Again, for administrative purpose, there will be virtual grouping by City, Village, Area [i.e. Pin Code]. This will be required for close co-ordination between party members.

 

Until here, this will be confirmed state or picture of this new political party members.

 

There will be third virtual sub-sub grouping. That will be by trade.

 

For example, in ‘Adults’, party members can get virtually sub-sub grouped as ‘Doctors’, ‘Engineers’, ‘Farmers’, ‘Traders’ and so on. Though this is not a natural sub-division, still it is quite important as each trade has its own requirements, issues, solutions. This sub-sub division will be quite important in "Priority Assignments", "Additional Focus Areas". These people will play a major role in “Front Commands” section explained further below.

 

Coming back to Party Administrative Hierarchy, in the lowest possible population area [as City, Village, suburb, Prabhag etc.], there will be one representative from Seniors, Adults, Youngsters, Kids. As mentioned above, Youngsters & Kids may not actually participate, but ‘Adults’ will co-ordinate and represent them going forward. But we never know. Some bright ‘Youngster’ or ‘Kid’ may actually participate also.

 

Above will happen in all the three groups as ‘Male’, ‘Female’ and ‘Transgender’.

 

So, as we can see until here, only human beings are considered. Robots or any other AI enabled machines will not be awarded membership of this political party. Member human beings must take good care of all other living things like animals, birds, and mechanical units.

 

In short, there will be 3 groups in one locality which is further have 4 sub-groups.

 

These groups will work towards "Priority Assignments" and "Additional Focus Areas" as stipulated by party. Additionally, they have to keep watch for local specific problems, events, and possible solutions.

 

To formulate the party administrative process, following three layers will be created for party members,

1)    Layer 1 “Citizens”

2)    Layer 2 “Guides”

3)    Layer 3 “Fronts Command”

 

 

 

 

Layer 1 “Citizens”

 

By default, all members will fall in Layer 1 “Citizens”. Whoever is having best ideas or having flair for administration will get chance to represent group at local level [example where the person lives, i.e. in Village or city Level 1.]

 

Anyone, who can spend at least few hours a day or week for country, can participate in this Layer 1 – Level 1.

 

So, this will be first level of officials of this new party. As the party membership grows, first level of official level might start at locality level as well. Party members up to this level will play a major role at local gram panchayat / municipal ward level. That part is elaborated further in ‘Elections’ section.

 

There will be higher level [second] to represent village / city. Initially this second level will be vacant. If first levels are increased at village / city level, then this position will be filled up to create officials at village / city level.

 

From Second level [if second level is not yet filled up then from first level] of officials, best suited people [having best ideas, shown better results or having flair for administration] will be selected to represent state. This will be third level of officials.

 

Best suited ones from third level [which represents State], will get selected for National level officials. This will be the top most fourth level of officials.

 

As the person moves to higher levels, next suitable person from his earlier level takes his place so there will not be any gap.

 

These representatives will work on internal administration. They will not be concerned for religion, Cast, language etc. Again, focus is more on problem solving and better living. Hence, they can work dedicatedly.

 

Like our own great family system, all section of society will get representation in managing the party from very ground level.

 

Just to re-iterate, or to make it simpler, following example is given,

 

For party administration, 4 levels are considered as follows,

 

Level 1: - Root level party administration. It could be at City, village initially [example, Level 2 will be the starting point], but as membership increases, it will go at locality [example Pin Code] level as well.

 

Level 2: - Village / City level party administration.

 

Level 3: - State level party administration.

 

Level 4: - National level party administration

 

Each of the above levels will be a group of 3 people. There will be one male, one female and one transgender. There could be blank / vacant positions if suitable representative is not available.

 

In Indian great family system, a house is run by mother and father. They take care of senior citizens, youngsters, kids in home. Everyone plays his / her role in the family and ensure happiness, betterment of family. In exact same fashion, this new party will get administered.

 

Another example at root level could be as follows,

 

In a particular pin code [or area / locality within a pin code] of Level 1, out of the existing members, one “Male – Adult”, one “Female – Adult”, one “Transgender – Adult” will run the party administration at that pin code [or area / locality within a pin code]. As mentioned earlier, anyone having a good grasp on problems, or having innovative ideas or having flare for administration will form this administrative group. It will be by a very short scale, local level of election process.

 

Imagine a co-operative housing society in a city with 50 flats. Residents of these 50 flats will choose above mentioned 3 representatives. Though it is mentioned as ‘Adult’ in above example, at some places, ‘Seniors’ or ‘Youngsters’ may also represent. It all depends on who knows problems, who has best ideas, who has shown better results or who is having flair for administration.

 

It is very much possible that someone is having best ideas, but due to certain reasons, not ready to come in administration. In such case, any other interested one in administrative level can pick up that idea and work further. This is the intension. Thoughts, ideas, concerns must flow constantly between citizens and administration bi-directionally.

 

In above mentioned example of co-operative housing society in a city with 50 flats, in some families, only one person might be able to involve in community discussions. But that person can talk to other members of his/her family, take concerns, ideas, and represent in community discussions. Also, he/she can brief family on what problems / ideas were discussed in community discussions. Someone else from his/her family may have a great solution / suggestion. This will help to boost internal communications within a family. In good olden days, evening meals used to be place for such fruitful discussions. Nowadays that discussion is replaced by television. We have this opportunity to bring back those golden days.

 

Who knows, by seeing the benefits, our Indian great family system will again get restored in our families. This will reduce many social issues.

 

For some reason, if anyone found as non-active, non-performer, Fraudulent, that person will be returned to his base position and next eligible person will take charge. So, there will be a constant evaluation and change of hands wherever required.

 

This Layer 1 ‘Citizens’ force will constantly work on ‘Continuous BPR’ additional focus area assignment. This layer is at root level. In day-to-day work, citizens face lot many problems while working with government departments. Root level citizens only can help to solve such problems.

 

Layer 2 “Guides”

 

Senior achievers from ‘Layer 1’ will get considered under ‘Layer 2’. Since they are more experienced, they will have more authority in administration, policy making [at Village, City, State, Capital level].

 

As the person moves to this higher level, (i.e., From Layer 1 to Layer 2), next suitable person takes his place in Layer 1, if he/she was holding some position in Level 1,2,3,4 explained above, so there will not be any gap.

 

Similar process will happen to City, State, Capital level representative group.

 

As name suggests, they will guide to ‘Layer 1’ always. MPs, MLAs candidates will mostly be selected from this group for elections. As only person who does not have any legal case [past or present] can join as party member, still while selecting MPs / MLAs, party will again check that there is no further legal case on the candidate.

 

Layer 2 “Guides” role is utmost important for Layer 3 as further elaborated below.

 

But one thing must be kept in mind, if a person wishes to be MP/MLA then he/she need to be available full time without expecting any returns. If someone is running own business and thinks that he/she can manage MP / MLA activities, then it is a big NO. You are better for Layer 1 or 2 only. Or else, get completely detached financially, legally, mentally from whatever business / profession you are in. MP/MLAs are positions of benefits. It should benefit to the country and not to your own profession, business. People might lose confidence by seeing such working professional, businessman at such positions, since he will have powers to take strategic decisions or influence others. Once you step down from MP/MLA position, then you can very well return to your profession, business.

 

For some reason, if anyone found as non-active, non-performer, Fraudulent then that person will be returned to his base position and next eligible person will take charge. So, it will be a constant evaluation and change of hands wherever required.

 

Layer 3 “Fronts Command”

 

India is a very vast, diversified country. Our challenges are many folds. As usual, many problems get erupted at one time. Hence “Fronts Command” will be one additional virtual layer in this party. Because this is purely service towards country, even party non-members also can join this layer.

 

This is a further bifurcation of population based on trade. For example, party workers will be from many different professions. There will be Doctors, Engineers, IT, Defense personnel, Disaster Management experts and so on.

 

As and when any challenge erupts in any corner of country, experts for that challenge from this “Fronts Command” layer will form a chain from problem location to capital. Now on, they will have full power to tackle and resolve that issue.

Concerned government administrative departments / ministries [Not armed forces] will follow their guidelines once this new political party comes in full majority.

 

For example, when Covid break out was observed in 1999 in China, Health experts [like doctors, medicine experts, scientists] from this group would have formed chains from all over India till capital state. Being Subject Matter Expert [SME] with all powers, they would have immediately decided for screening of patients at all entry points. Also, they would have started to take necessary steps to produce and apply medicine immediately.

 

Another example could be, in case of Pakistan aggression in 2025 from Pahelgam incident, defense related personnel from this “Fronts Command” layer would have formed many chains in India and started assisting Armed Forces and local security agencies in next course of action which was taken. No doubt, every citizen stood firmly behind our security forces. This is just for have a proper formation for such support.

 

This “Fronts Command” layer will help to tackle many issues at same time. This will reduce burden on government officials to some extent.

 

As these will be virtual chains, which will be many in nature at any given point of time, management & proper co-ordination of the same is utmost important. Layer 2 “Guides”, will perform all co-ordination between this Layer 3 “Fronts Command” and administration wherever required.

 As these chains, participants will keep changing, for local administration, it will be quite difficult to understand as to take guidance from whom? Layer 2 will take care of this and bring clarity in whole system, constantly.

 

Fronts Command will keep updating a knowledge data base of all such incidents handled. It will help to find a pattern. Once pattern is observed, policy makers can make more strategic decisions to avoid such incidents again in future.

Priority Assignments

Above priority activities are elaborated below. Execution nature will change as per seats won by this party at State and National level.

 

If in full majority, activities will be carried out as given below.

 

If in partial majority, then existing system fabric will be followed. National government laid down policies and assignments will be followed strictly. Over and above, as per available band width, opportunity, following activities will also be kept in focus by party MPs, MLAs.

 

If absolutely no representation in Center & State houses for this party, then Shadow Cabinets form will be used to suggest and support existing government to focus on these initiatives.

 

Basic Needs Fulfillment: -

 

Employment: -

 

Unemployment creates many problems. As the population grows, more and more unemployed youths get added. International situations also many times keep adding fuel to this problem. Along with other measures such as industrialization, innovations, one more avenue will be considered to give work to masses with basic income, which will help them at least to buy food with dignity.

 

“Indian Volunteers” initiative will be launched by government. Idea is, needy people will work as contractual worker on hourly 50 rupees basis. This will not be outsourcing. These will be just additional hands for unskilled, supportive, back-office kind of work. They will not be involved in decision making or monetary activities.

 

In the local market, many times we see boards on shops such as ‘Need Helper’. Now this is complete contradiction when we say we have tremendous unemployment. But this is a fact. Reason is money. Such small shops cannot afford to pay more for a full-time worker when the rush hours are specific / seasonal. With little money what they get, employees cannot survive. Hence attrition is often. “Indian Volunteers” will bridge this gap. Since it is government initiative, both, employer, and worker will be safe. Same can be applied to Banks, where we see huge rush at specific time.

 

Government will charge Rs.100/- per hour per person from the shop keeper / employer institution. Out of which Rs.50/- will be paid to worker. Remaining Rs.50/- will be used to make payment of administrative wing of “Indian Volunteers” and some workers working for government departments for free.

 

Government departments need additional hands for seasonal work such as census, elections. Also routinely, government departments might require help in clearing pending clerical work. “Indian Volunteers” who are ready to work on ground, can help municipalities to repair roads, can help to police department for traffic control etc.

 

In India, many students become graduate every year. Many do not know as in which field they should do career. They can take various types of work exposure while working in “Indian Volunteers”. They will get some money as while they are waiting to get their high salary dream job.

 

Many people get retired every year. Not necessary everyone is having health issues. We can see many senior citizens keep spending time on social places. They should get opportunity to work for few hours and remain busy. Though it is not significant for them, still they can earn some money. Nation will be benefitted with their expertise.

 

Housewives are always the best managers. They invest all of their time in making homes. Still if they can have 1 or 2 hours free, they can also contribute and earn a little. Very simple example is, they can visit nearby government registered hotels, food outlets, caterers and check food quality, kitchen cleanliness. Intention is not only to report lapses to Government Food quality authorities. But to help hotels for maintaining better hygiene. This is the forte of every housewife. So, they only can perform these activities methodically with clinical precision. Number of hotels, food outlets, local caterers are huge in our country in every corner. Government food quality control authorities can reach out easily to each one using ‘Indian Volunteers’ force. Generally, we think that penalties only can bring corrections. But sometimes, instead of penalties alone, additional guiding hands might help for improvements.

 

It will be funny to read, but goons [gundas] can also participate and earn money with dignity. They generally have a god gift by which common humble person always gets frightened. These qualities can be used for better purpose. More details given under ‘Discipline’ section.

 

In this initiative, if a person works for 4 hours daily, then he can earn 200/- rupees per day. If works for 25 days, then his monthly earning will be 5000/-.

 

Above figures are indicative only. They can vary as per industry. For example, farmer may pay less than Rs.50/-. IT, Banking may be ready to pay more.

 

When such tremendous man force is available, we should be able to run all businesses in 2 shifts. For example, banks can work from 8 AM to 8 PM. Cash hours can still remain unchanged. But all other non-cash activities can keep happening. This will help to split traffic on roads as well.

 

This will be a tremendous boost to economy.

 

Nowadays, each business looks for cost cutting to increase profits. A trend of ‘Outsourcing’ is observed everywhere. Businesses go for contract labor more than permanent employees. This is quite risky for our country. Strategic decisions should not be taken by contract labor which are not going to remain permanently with business. Hence “Indian Volunteers” should come in force as quick as possible. If businesses start getting cheap labor, directly from government to assist existing force, still their productivity and profit will increase.

 

It is very obvious that only education can help us to get higher paid job. Till a person finds such job, he can work under “Indian Volunteers” organization and earn some money.

 

All initiatives mentioned under this “Priority Assignments” and further under “Additional Focus Areas” will need manpower of “Indian Volunteers”. Rather, only by using such cheap but huge force, those initiatives can be achieved in low cost.

 

Food: -

 

Major importance will be given farmers because food is most important and this sector has tremendous potential for employment.

 

We need tremendous food for our country. Farmers not to be neglected. Due to many reasons, farmers need more financial support. They should not get caught in local money lender’s vicious circle. FSE [Farmers Stock Exchange] will be introduced. Farmers will be able to create virtual share of their land. Share could be by season / crop / cultivation area. NRIs will be allowed to purchase these shares. This will make available more funds to farmers. Also, NRIs will get connected to country in one more way. Land ownership will always remain with farmer. Only profit per crop will get distributed with investor NRIs. They need not to pay tax on such income. Since they are taking very high risk, they should get high income as well. If farmer shows more profit, he will get more investors for next crop. If someone avoid to show profit, he/she will get caught immediately, if some other farmers share for nearby land for same crop shows good profit. Also, that farmer will not get investor next time because his share history will be bad.

 

This party will try to find every land where food can be cultivated. For example, rivers flowing in big cities. Many of such rivers, nowadays mostly remain dry, except for rainy season or seasonal discharge from dams. This land can be given to needy people in city to cultivate vegetables which need very short duration. It can be sold in local market and earn some money. Crux of story is, if you are ready to take efforts, you will earn.

 

Shelter: -

 

This party will focus more on systematic town planning for any new upcoming locality. With use of “Indian Volunteers”, Shelters will be erected for workers, so they need not to stay in slums.

 

Water: -

 

A major thrust will be given for water. Water is reducing drastically across the world. Next world wars, aggressions are likely to happen for water. Luckily our country is blessed with plenty of rivers, sea, and rains.

 

Steps will be taken to construct dams, connect rivers wherever possible. These two things are utmost important for economic growth of any location. People need not to run to big cities which are having enough water.

 

After any dam, wherever there is a slope and vacant land is available, big artificial lakes will be created. They will have input canals to take water, when released in monsoon from dam to protect from overflowing. Also, they will have exit canals which again meet the same river after some distance. So, in monsoon, water will not just get flown in river. First such artificial lakes will get filled up then remaining water will flow further in river. Once monsoon is over, and there is requirement of water for farming, instead of releasing dam water, these artificial lakes will release water in rivers.

 

Also, as an alternate, this party will check on feasibility to bring ice boulders from Himachal to southern part where there is always water shortage. We are blessed with ice region as well. That ice gets melted and flows in rivers. We can try to airlift ice boulders and slide slowly in dams which have water shortage. We have fantastic cargo planes with AirForce. Air distance between Himachal and any other state is just few hours. So, all factors are favorable to us. Not sure if it is true, one country in Middle East tried to pull an ice boulder from Antarctica via sea. Not sure if it solved their problem, but they tried at least. We are known to tanker lobby. Even this process results in Air Tanker lobby with public participation, still it will be okay. At least we do not have to see dry dams, rivers, and farms.

 

This new political party will start a separate force called as “Indian Water Army”. This branch will work under Indian Military.  All water reservoirs will be guarded round the clock in all directions. This army will keep constant monitoring using LEO [Low Earth Orbit] Satellite footages. “Indian Volunteers” will be a great support force for this initiative. Local people can guard in shifts under monitoring of “Indian Water Army” officials. “Indian Volunteers” who can work from home only, will be given access to watch the footage round the clock on a dedicated TV channel, Internet site. We have to protect each and every drop of this precious god gift.

 

At many places, laboratories will be setup to test water quality. Biological warfare is not new to us. As water becoming scarcity, we will ensure that every drop is pure and safe for consumption.

 

Electricity: -

 

As mentioned for Water, if artificial lakes are created, there will not be scarcity of water. Water generated electricity will also be abundant. This new party will focus to get continuous electric supply at every place. So, farmers need not to stake their lives while watering plants in night only.

 

Already many efforts are started in our country to generate green energy. This new party will continue with it. To further boost process, this party will invite ideas from public.

 

In our nation, there is no shortage of talent. Nationwide contests will be set to generate solar powered batteries.

 

First prize will be of 10 crores!!

 

If such battery gets designed, Government of India should keep patent with country only. Such battery charging and selling itself will become a cottage industry in India.

 

Roads: -

 

With help of “Indian Volunteers”, at village level also, administration can provide better roads. For any government contractor, if abundant local labor is provided at very cheap rate, project execution will be faster and economical.

 

This new political party will work on roads infrastructure in every village. Of course, it will be a tough and costly. At least “Indian Volunteers” will help to get cheap and enough manpower. For cost part, different avenues will be considered.

 

Hyperloop is a new emerging technology. This is still under testing only. Since the speed is tremendous, many tests need to be performed to ensure that it is safe for mankind travels. But we never know as when it will happen. Till that time, we can use hyperloop for goods transport. While building new highways, under that highways, hyperloop tunnels will also be created. So, the land used for highways will give double benefits. Hyperloop will be used for cargo movements only, so still it will be safe. It will increase employment avenues tremendously for unskilled as well.

 

Imagine, a highway running thousands of kilometers spanning many states, that too with cargo moving underneath at lightning speed, so many cargos loading / unloading stations will need to be created on the route. This will boost supply chain to a great extent. Perishable goods like milk will get benefitted, as they can be transported within no time. Farmers will get more revenue by selling their agricultural items at the place where more price is available.

 

If roads are smooth and without obstruction, traffic keep moving smoothly. But when there are pot holes, damaged roads, each vehicle has to slow down and pass through that hole very carefully. This clogs the complete road. Municipalities can use ‘Indian Volunteers’ suitable force to keep each road smooth and without any obstacle.

 

In cities, road dividers will be kept elastic. Heavy traffic shows specific time patterns. In morning we can see huge traffic going towards offices. In evening we can see crowed returning home. In such case fixed dividers are of no use. People start travelling from both ways. Hence flexible dividers option will be used. “Indian Volunteers” appropriate manpower can be used by municipalities, traffic police for shifting dividers at specific time.

 

As this new party will give much importance on town planning for new emerging localities, enough public transport will also be considered to limit private two and four wheelers on roads.

 

Metro cities are now flooded with private two and four wheelers. Only reason is, no suitable public transport. Obviously, pollution is uncontrollable. People have purchased those assets. Now they cannot just throw it away. Damage is done. So only alternate remains are to make available suitable local transport. Nowadays, roads are narrow due to various reasons. This new party will check feasibility to bring plenty of small buses on roads which will play on each and every road. Locally building of such bases itself will boost employment. Public / private partnership option can be assessed to build such buses. These busses interior could be like metro coach, where sidewalls will have a continuous sitting bench. In middle part, people can stand. These busses will be crafted like plug-and-play model. Only chassis and engine will get manufactured. Bus walls will be removable and made of recycled plastic waste. Bus roofs will have solar panels, so it can have additional fuel.

 

Still, it may happen that people do not get point-to-point transport option. For this reason only, private vehicles get used. Option of self-balanced cycles will be checked. But those will be automatic. A contest will start at nation level to find solar battery operated, self-balanced cycles. Local production of such cycles and maintenance / service shops will absorb tremendous unemployment. USP [Unique Selling Preposition] of this solar powered self-balanced bicycle will be Rs.500/- as customer selling price. Rest all cost will be subsidized by government. People will keep their automatic two / four-wheeler at home and just forget. This will reduce fuel import cost for country. That money can be used to set-off subsidy given by manufacturing of this cycle. This completes the circle of money movement.

 

In the cities grown without proper town planning, many times we see ongoing public work like flyover, metro etc. This results in traffic jams for years. Such a public asset waste!! This new political party will make different types of contracts with road work contractors. In any case, they will get cheap local labor under “Indian Volunteers” initiative. Labor cost is the prominent aspect. If contractor is going to save money on this, he will have to bring maximum machinery and complete the work in shortest possible time. Generally, it is observed that roads are blocked for ongoing work, but we do not see any worker, machinery working at that site. This will be stopped immediately. Suppose a contractor has to build 10 pillars on road, he has to start work of all by using maximum machinery and complete work in shortest possible time. In any case, traffic jam is going to be there because of this work. But if administration and public will know that it will be for a short period only, then still it can be bearable. It cannot go on for ages together.

 

On highways, Fast Tags are used for toll. It definitely helps for frequent travelers. But for occasional travelers, it is bit difficult. For those, a mobile app will be developed. Traveler will be able to mention journey start and end locations and pay toll in advance. While crossing toll station, attendant just need to scan receipt on traveler’s mobile. In this way, Fast Tag infrastructure, maintenance cost will reduce. Toll stations will get money in advance. Traffic police will be able to assess as how many commuters are likely to pass through on a road.

 

Education: -

 

Education is one thing which can help to make one as good citizen. So top priority will be given to this section. Historically, we respect teachers a lot. This party will ensure that their income will increase, so that they can focus on teaching in school / collages only, instead of running coaching classes to earn extra money.

 

This party will work to provide education to masses which will help to start earning immediately.

 

Remember our ancient process of ’12 Balutedar’. In a village, apart from a main large population section which was engaged in farming, there used to be different tradesmen like barber, tailor, blacksmith, goldsmith etc. etc. They used to take care of local requirements and earn their livelihood. Their kids used to learn the skill inhouse and could start earning immediately once they grow up.

 

This new political party will work to provide such education. Take example of Goldsmiths. We have traditional, long running businesses involved in gold, silver, diamond. This is a continuous requirement in our country. This business is not just buying and selling of ornaments. It contains a complete eco system like any other trade house. Such businesses will be encouraged to start training institutes / local universities. They will teach each and every aspect involved in business to interested students. They can absorb a large number of students as trainees. Good ones will definitely get absorbed. With availability of cheap, inhouse trained manpower, these businesses can expand exponentially.

 

Same example can be extended to other business as sweet shops, construction etc.

 

So local youngsters will get training locally, which will help them to get local job instantly.

 

This party will give motivation to education which will help to create knowledge to help country further. For PhDs, many theses get published. Going forward, if a thesis is going to help for some innovation or going to solve national problem, then only PhD will be funded and awarded.

 

 

Security: -

 

Armed forces will take care of borders as they are doing now. Third layer of “Fronts Command” comprised of retired personnel from forces will assist armed forces in all types of incidents on national security, like Internal & External.

 

If this party comes in power with full majority, full permanent rights will be given to forces to take any step to protect country from neighboring country attacks. But this protection will not remain as defense always. On borders, if soldiers of other country start attack, our forces will neutralize them as early as possible. But that enemy was also a soldier. He was just following his superior’s orders. So, our Army will immediately attack enemy country’s any army location remotely. Number of such attacks will depend on type and extent of invasion was done on border by enemy country.

 

Similar process will be followed in case of terrorist attack is done inside our country. Once the terrorist origine is found, appropriate damage will be done to army installation of that country remotely.

 

Above will be informed very clearly to all neighboring countries by top leader of our country. Clear message will be communicated to them as we will take care of our country, you look after yours only.

 

Common people will also share in these efforts. India is having all religions. There are top heads, priests for every religion in India. Once the attacker’s (enemy soldier on border or terrorist found / killed / arrested in our country) religion is known, Indian top head / leader / priest of that religion will outcast those culprits immediately. World Wide publicity will be given to this step. World will come to know power of our unity.

 

In our vast country, identity proof is most important. We have Passports, Aadhar cards which are the excellent proofs. This new party will make all efforts to issue such proof at root level itself. Once a new baby is born in India, hospitals will inform government. Government will issue a “Welcome Kit” for the baby. It will contain baby’s passport [if Mother and/or father is having passport], Aadhar card, ration card addition slips etc. There is no need for further verification.

 

Such passports and Aadhar cards will be of different color to indicate as ‘Issued at Birth’. So, if by birth, person is Indian, he need not to submit any other proofs as his identity.

Hospital will hand over the kit to parents while departure.

 

Discipline

 

This new political party will take all necessary steps to wipe out general assumption about Indians, that we follow discipline only from Exit of other country’s airport till return to that airport to start back home journey.

 

Remember, we were ruled by someone else for many years using this discipline arm only.

 

Discipline is not like a medicine pill or capsule, that you just gulp and get disciplined. It will need rigorous efforts by everyone. There will be some monetary, cultural, religious losses to someone when discipline initiative is started. But discipline is a must.

 

Roads are like blood vessels in our body. A few seconds’ clot can make you to take last breath. Roads are to be treated like this. Roads must be used ONLY & ONLY for commuting of vehicles, pedestrians. All processions [political / social / religious or any other type] on roads will be strictly prohibited.  You can follow any religion, but limit it to your house only. In India, there are plenty of cases where such processions are happening for centuries on roads. It was a different state when they were started. Now the story is different.

 

Before independence, under British rule, road blocking, stone pelting on government buses was an option to show anger on government. People now must understand that this is not British rule. By blocking road or making damages to vehicles, you are making losses to national property. Our democracy gives rights to put forth all your questions / problems in State Assemblies, Parliament. Roads cannot be stage for this.

 

This new party will make rules to reduce agitations on road.

 

If any political party starts agitation on roads, they will have to pay very hefty penalties. Also, in next elections at Municipal, State and Central level, a certain percentage of their votes will get cancelled.

 

But in any case, problem has to get resolved. If a political party, or any organization or even any individual have raised a problem at Municipal Corporation, State Assembly or Parliament, which is not resolved or cancelled amicably [when no answer is possible], then in next elections, Election commission of India will cancel certain percentage of votes of ruling and each opposition parties. Because these are law makers. They are supposed to resolve issues.

Even for amicably cancelled issues, for which solution is not possible, government must give compensation in all possible form. We need to protect interest of each and every person of this country.

 

In short, no one need to come on road to highlight any problem and create problems for commuters, police etc. This is not the way democracy functions.

 

On road, if a marriage procession goes and it halts traffic anytime for any duration, Groom has to spend one month in other city with his own expenses. Groom’s family have to pay hefty penalty and publish apology in local newspaper. Media will give tremendous publicity for such apology. Employers of Groom and his parents [if working], should also cut salary for next 6 months.

 

If some religious procession goes on road and it halts traffic anytime for any duration, that religious organization has to pay hefty penalty and publish apology in local newspaper. Also, they have to put big poster of this apology at their place of worship so devotees also should come to know as how much they are serious on convenience to road commuters.

 

Now with increased population and equal number of vehicles, roads must be cleared off immediately. Traffic must not stop. It may not go with speed for 120, but there should not be slowness or clogging. Traffic congestion is bringing tremendous phycological, physical pressure on citizens. It is bringing a hell lot of negativities, helplessness in society as a whole.

 

Immediate steps will be taken by which, people will start following all traffic rules. Here the goons or gundas can come to help. In India, we have scarcity of everything. People are always afraid that I might not get what is required. On road, probably people think that the road is going to vanish in next few minutes hence they always rush.

Also, there is a hidden group exists which can be named as “Million Doller Losses” group. Members of this group cannot stop for few seconds also on road. Many times, it is observed that once traffic in front becomes slow, they start honking as if they are going to lose millions of dollars due to delay of few minutes. But at the same time, just after crossing the blocked road, we can see them driving casually, as if now they do not have any hurry. Many times, at traffic signal, they enter in wrong side, so that they can cross the square immediately once green light is flashed. Traffic coming in their direction also pays them respect and try to find other space as if they were on wrong side.

 

As a first immediate step, counters will be fixed at each traffic signal. It will be ensured that they are always working. ‘Indian Volunteers’ additional manpower will help local municipality traffic section to achieve this. Travelers must come to know that counter is coming to end and now I have to stop at signal. Once all counters are in proper working conditions, through ‘Indian Volunteers’ only, local goons, gundas will be appointed at each signal.  They will be equipped with color sprays, wooden rod only. From inception of this model, for first two months, once traffic light goes yellow, these goons, gundas will request people to stop. Though this gesture is against their nature, being “Indian Volunteer” member, they now have to follow this process. After two months of honeymoon period is over, they will start using their god gift of making people afraid. Only change is, they are not going to injure someone, but rather going to teach discipline to public. Bit weird to read. But please keep reading.  Next two months, they will use their wooden rods to stop people jumping over the red light or travelling in opposite lane and blocking that as well. Number of such undisciplined travelers will get reduce drastically within this period. Because from next month, these goons or goondas will start damaging vehicles. Initially, they will be equipped with color sprays which they will spread on front part of the vehicle. These colors will be bit tough. Vehicle owner will need extra efforts to clean those colors. Sufficient publicity will be given as why some vehicles on road carry such colors. Finally, goons or goondas will start breaking headlamp, side indicators, side mirrors of vehicles jumping red signal or driving on opposite lane. This will bring financial loss to vehicle owner for necessary repairs.

 

Of course, these goons will need to take camera proofs for the damages they have done. In no case, a person should get injured. Local traffic police or beat marshals will control these activities.

 

Traffic police will be directed to put heavy penalties for vehicle having such damaged parts.

These Road discipline measurements will help to reduce noise pollution to a great extent. There cannot be honking, DJ processions on road.

 

Police department is very prime to maintain civil discipline. This new party will make every effort to strengthen police department. Salary will be definitely increased, so police while on duty, need not to worry as how they are going to feed their family or pay for education, medical expenses etc. Police department will be provided with latest equipment’s like vehicles, satellite communications etc.

 

Each policeman will be given a gun with standing orders to shoot any armed or unarmed culprit below knee ONLY. When a big mob walks on the road for some agitation, police will injure them below knee and make them dispersed. Police will never become target of angry mob as now they will have guns instead of wooden sticks, batten only.  At the same time, body cameras will be fitted on police uniform. Their actions will automatically get justified. As mentioned earlier, this new party will ensure that roads are used for normal commute only. Any grievance should be expressed in legislative houses in democratic manner only.

 

So far now all police are not equipped with gun. So, they will need to get trained. Apart from department procedural training, they will get chance for additional live training, which will also help to solve another burning issue.

 

Nowadays stray dogs are creating a big nuisance. Local newspaper, television news are filled with stray dog bite events. Many people, children are injured or died. With current laws, such dogs cannot be eliminated. But this new political party will give highest weightage to citizen’s safety. Nothing can be more important than that.

 

A specific process will be followed to eliminate stray dogs.

 

Multiple public advertisements will be given in local newspaper, TV, Internet. This will be an appeal to animal lovers. They will get next 2 months’ time to adopt stray dogs. If they do so, municipality will give free of cost dog registration and necessary injections to dog for better health. This will be done at adopter’s house, so he/she need not to keep visiting municipal office.

 

At the same time, this new political party will start a nationwide contest to suggest ideas to eliminate such stray dogs, by which dogs and citizens both will remain safe. If the conclusion comes to design dog parks, then municipalities will create such dog parks at outskirts. Cost for creation and further maintenance will be recovered from animal lovers’ organizations every month.

 

After these two months, if no suggestion comes from animal lovers, or still stray dogs remain, then police equipped with this new gun will start killing stray dogs wherever they are found and inform municipality about location. Municipality will clear dog dead bodies immediately. Automatically police will get trained for shooting. Dog heights are just as knee height of any human being. Police are supposed to injure miscreants below knee only. So, it will be a quite suitable live training.

You must be finding above part difficult to read and digest. Especially for people who love and feed such stray dogs regularly. Hence, they are going to get chance to adopt such stray dogs and feed them at their homes. Also, they are going to get chance to suggest alternate suitable options.

 

If common man is not protected even from dog bites, then people will lose confidence on government. Now also common man is suffering from violence on roads, vehicles damages for no fault of them. On top of it, if common man has to get bites by stray dogs and keep on taking injections, medical treatment, it will be too much. People will start carrying guns themselves. This will be more dangerous. We follow America in all respect. Junk food, broken family system are few negative examples. Let’s not follow America where people carry guns and start shooting on roads. Let’s take only good things from America like social discipline.  Definitely we do not want civil wars. This is the reason, even traffic control will be kept under Police control only.

 

Hence police only will be entrusted this additional activity.

 

Moreover, police department administration will be converted similar to army. It will have central command, central pay commission, central performance review process. So, police need to not come under pressure from local public servants.

 

This new political party will start process to expand police force by many folds. In every small village also, there will be a police station and helipad. Yes, you read it correctly. This political party will give tremendous boost for small helicopter services by inviting public funding through government bonds. This itself will increase tremendous employment opportunities. Police force deployment will be like Army deployments. Our country is huge. Police will need quick air travelling to reach at any distant village. Such police force will not be stationed permanently at a village. They will keep rotating. Young recruits will be used mostly so that they will understand our country better and take appropriate decisions when they become high commanders.

 

Young people in our country like adventures. It is actually a gift to their young age. It should not be deprived. In monsoon, many times we see on television that such dare devils jump in floods. It is a pity that they get penalized. Actually, the survivors should be garland for showing such courage. This is the legacy of our country. Such tough ones will get chance to participate in this police force.

 

Such police presence will help to maintain discipline at every village level as well.

 

Discipline can be achieved with help of quick justice and punishment only. This new political party will expand present judiciary system to each and every village. Again, this is going to be tremendous boost to employment. Getting proper proofs and delivering correct justice is the toughest task. Only judges can understand this better. Still, they are trying to deliver their best in every situation. Similar to Police department, central pay commission will only conduct performance reviews and disburse salaries to personnel involved in Indian judiciary system. This is essential to keep them away from local political pressures.

As mentioned above, getting proofs is most difficult part. At village level it will be next to impossible. So, this political party will add one more initial support layer for local judiciary system.

 

Once a plaintiff and accused are reached to local court, before start of actual trial, in a separate close room [e.g. in camera], judge will have a meeting with close relatives (if available) of plaintiff and accused. For example, if a young female is harassed by a local goon, mothers of both should come face to face in front of judge.  Both being female and with similar extreme sensitiveness which is a nature’s gift to them, they actually can have heart-to-heart discussions. It might happen that accused mother will agree that crime is done by her son. Remember there used to be a local council [Panchayat] in olden days to provide local justice? This is something similar, but not a public process. It will be in a very close group discussion only. Many times, crime happens due to ignorance of consequences. But family senior members know it better. This political party’s local ‘Senior’ members can play a vital role to make above mentioned process happen.

 

If this process helps then judges will be able to give quick justice and give appropriate punishment. Delayed justice makes society helpless. Rich criminals can pour tremendous money to keep the case pending by keep moving to higher courts. Local and quick justice is only going to help to avoid many future problems.

 

LEO satellite footage will be made available for court judges. This is going to play a major role in providing proofs for all crimes, accidents which happen under the open sky.

 

New penalties for heinous crimes to achieve “Negative Tolerance”

 

Historically, very heinous crimes are observed on female, kids etc. Every government tries for Zero Tolerance for such crimes. This new party will work to adhere ‘Negative Tolerance’ for such crimes. Means, criminals should even not think to make such heinous crimes. At present they get jailed for few years only. What about ‘Revenge’ factor lingering in mind of that female, kid, who has undergone that ordeal for no reason? Again, it is observed that, in jails, such culprits create new nexus and perform many crimes again.

 

New penalties will be defined in such a way that criminal will not be allowed to take free food and enjoy his life in jail. He will be disabled to perform any crime while still staying in same community. Enough publicity will be done in society to declare him as criminal. Females will get monetary benefit as well from the culprit. In short, the culprit will not be allowed to live and not allowed to die so easily. His end will also be very horrific which will also be used for benefits of this country and other needy, less privileged people.

 

Such penalties will be given enough publicity, which will help to achieve ‘Negative Tolerance’.

 

 

 

Army training at schools

 

This is long debated initiative in India. This new party will take immediate steps to start Army training at all schools. Now the situation in cities is, no grounds available for regular PT sessions itself. In future, all students will give theoretical paper of PT and clear the subject. In such case, where to give Army Training? But this is most essential for our country to boost the discipline. People are talking about their rights only. But duty comes first. If a school is having ground, then Army training will be given locally.

 

For schools which do not have grounds, their session will be conducted on any nearby public ground, Police, NCC, Army units.

 

Again, from “Indian Volunteers”, retired army personnel can help at each location under local army unit commander’s supervision.

 

If absolutely no grounds are available nearby, then per year, one month course will be conducted in Army Training collages.

 

Army Training will be a separate subject itself. Of course, each student is not physically fit, so there will be separate levels for passing under this subject. Training course will be designed accordingly.

 

Intension is to teach discipline and respect towards our country and citizens. Students will not actually handle weapons, but they will understand machinery and tactics. Nowadays, many students can be found watching war video games. So, this practical training will be more interesting for them and they might stop watching such video games.

 

“Euthanasia" or "mercy killing" law

 

This is bit serious issue. “Mercy Killing” is not allowed in India. But nowadays, it has become a necessity. We often read news as some senior, super senior ends his / her life due to old age problems, deceases. Old age is very tough. Your body refuses to support you. Many unwanted deceases have already entered in your body and eating from inside. How long you can keep taking medicines? Again, you need to face side effects of medicines as well, which add to your existing problems.

 

Hence this new political party will understand background completely. There must be some reason for not allowing mercy killing in India. This new political party will start national level initiative. It will comprise of all medical, legal experts. An amicable solution will be carved out.

 

Still, some experts invested Hugh efforts and as of now there is some ray of hope for “Passive Euthanasia” in India. In this, medication can be stopped for a patient.

 

But definitely we are going to need “Active Euthanasia” also. Now this country is of youngsters. But just in few years, senior citizen number will increase. Also, due to various pollutions in Air/Food, life expectancy will keep on decreasing.

There is one more side. There was one live case. A very old couple was fit and fine medically. But they had lived a peaceful life, enjoyed it, children were settled happily. Now this old couple was wanted to finish their lives respectfully before getting admitted to hospital with various old age deceases. In such case “Active Euthanasia” option must be available.

 

"Euthanasia" decision is not an easy decision for relatives.

So, every individual need to make and register this decision in advance when he is fit and fine only. He should be allowed to make a choice between Active and Passive, and also change it till he is active.

 

A mechanism will be carved out for this end-to-end process.

 

Like a Will, if person gives his consent for euthanasia for self in advance, then only medical expert to check and confirm that body is beyond repairs now. Once this is confirmed and recorded, further process should be done. Relatives are not required to take this tough decision.

 

Now the question is how can we know that person has given such advance consent? A technological solution will be checked out. A chip containing electronic record of such advance consent will be fitted in a ring. Person needs to put that ring in hand or leg fingers. When any old person gets admitted to hospital and doctors observe that he cannot be cured, they will scan this ring. Once they find consent, by informing relatives, doctors will go ahead with next action plan by informing local administration.

In my opinion, "Euthanasia" option might be banned in India with intension to avoid criminal activities. Of course, there could be other reasons, which only experts can tell. But definitely people with wrong intensions will take advantage once “Euthanasia” is allowed. Especially older people having good amount of property, money will enter in danger zone. Dirty mind relatives will create forged documents for “Euthanasia” and capture all property officially. Now also we read cases where children kill parents for property.

 

In such case, if above mentioned ‘ring’ option is not available as proof of consent, any request for “Euthanasia” will be treated in a separate way. If relatives request for “Euthanasia” and doctors also confirm medical correctness of the request, by taking necessary local administrative authorities, they will go ahead with further execution. But... and this is most important... all the property of deceased will get transferred to government. It may be all investments, all immovable property etc.

 

In such cases, better half of deceased person will get affected. Solution for this is, every individual has to make ‘Will’ and get it registered. If such Will is not available then as mentioned above all the property of deceased will get transferred to government.

 

Still people may take disadvantages. It is sad but true that people think more as devil. Very fewer positive mindsets are remaining nowadays. Last minute Wills also might get created. So again, government registration date will be most important. If it is latest, then still all the property of deceased will get transferred to government.

So, crux of story is, as soon as possible, lets return to the Indian fantastic family system, which we have forgotten while copying and pasting American culture. Children have to take good care of parents. Parents also need to register Wills while they are fit and fine only.

 

But nowadays things are more worse. Many Senior citizens stay alone in India. Children stay far away, in different cities, states, countries. We have seen many cases where death of a person gets noticed after few days only. In such case, how “Euthanasia” option can work?

 

There is a way. We just need someone to see these senior citizens routinely. Nowadays, as we are trained by American culture, we even do not know who stays next door. So, let’s not depend on neighbors.

 

But that ‘Someone’ has to be trustworthy. Because we do see cases where caretakers also take undue advantage.

 

Now you will definitely laugh, but that “Someone” could be a Postman. This is not a joke. Please read further. In earlier days, when email, courier options were not there, Postman had tremendous respect. People used to offer water, lemon juice, buttermilk etc. to Postman who used to come on bicycle from a long distance. Surprisingly, same respect still continues. Postman is really dependable. People who were offering water to them earlier, are only become senior citizen now. So definitely they will trust Postman more than anyone else.

Now why postman will keep entering all houses where senior citizen live? So, we need to cover this in a commercial way.

 

Post department will start a scheme. They will take deposits. Senior citizen, their children, relatives can keep such deposit. They will not get interest on these deposits. That interest will be income for Postal department.

 

Along with deposits, details of Senior Citizen will get registered with Post. Nowadays, Post department is also modern with existence in virtual world. Hats off to the people who made it happen!! Post website will contain name, address, preferable visit hours, next kin contact details, hospital contact numbers, local police station contact numbers etc.

 

Post department will use same “money order” procedure, which was a superhit in olden days. From the deposit, postman will give predefined amount to that senior citizen by visiting at stipulated hours. Postman just has to check that senior citizen is doing good. If he finds that something is wrong, he will contact next kin, hospital ambulance, police station so that next treatment can be started early.

 

Frequency of such postman visit can vary as per deposits amount and tenure.

 

Post department can offer additional premium services at extra cost. Postman can deliver a flower bunch on birthday of senior citizen. Post using its internal network can bring Ganga Jal and other Holi things and deliver to senior citizen. Post department’s revenue will increase tremendously. Many employment opportunities will get opened up.

 

Like Post, other institutions such as medical collages also can start such services. Their students who are aspiring doctors and nurse, can make such home visits, check medical condition. So, these students also can make some money while learning. 

 

Medical facilities & religion

 

Do you think the paragraph heading is correct? Most of the answers will be ‘No’. But actually, it is correct. Since ancient India or world, we have seen many different types of medical treatments followed by different religion. Many are still continued, followed and progressed. This new party will give tremendous importance to medical facilities.

 

Here, religion is referred in one more context. This new party believes in free ideology. Each citizen is free to follow any religion, food, cloth habits etc. Only caveat is, he/she should not disturbed others. As mentioned earlier under ‘discipline’ section, a citizen’s religion will be confined to his home only. Once he comes out of home, his religion is only one and that is ‘Indian’.

 

If so, then what is the future of religious places of worships?

 

Remember, this new party does not believe in destruction. These places actually give us energy, positiveness, happiness, satisfaction. So, we will continue having religious worship places. But now the use will be made more appropriately. Everyone will agree that we remember God most, when we are in hospitals. We need phycological support to get well soon. Then why such existing worship places should not be used for medical treatments?

 

Every worship structure will be used for medical treatments as well. Based on the available space in each religious structure, extent of medical facility will be decided. Suppose, structure is small, then it will be used for medical preliminary consultation only. If structure is big or multi storied, a complete medical treatment setup will be done. Priests of that structure will play very important role. They will get paid by government for upkeep of such facility. Devotees can offer small services, food, donations to patients taking medical treatments in that structure. Retired medical devotees can spend some time in monitoring or giving medical treatments. This actually will be a correct service of God!!

 

Present worship places in itself are a small economy. Many people earn livelihood by providing various services at place of worship. Intension of this new party will not be to deprive such economy, but rather to improve their conditions. In new concept, those people can earn additional money by providing services to patients as well by becoming part of “Indian Volunteers” organization also.

 

New public worship places will also be built with this new vision only. Rather they can be designed more appropriately since getting erected newly.

Patients might start observing that they are getting cured early. And why not? If they are in God’s home, God will definitely make them happy.

 

Our country size and spread are really huge. It is extremely difficult task to provide medical support at each corner. But this new party, by using, “Indian Volunteers” force, will try to create medical facilities in each corner. Remember, ‘Party Formation’ section- third virtual sub-sub grouping which will be by trade? Doctors & other medical staff from this section of party members, who are willing to provide free medical services will be used. Even retired but still willing also can be included. As the technology is improved, tele-medicine will be given tremendous boost. So, such free service providers need not to travel physically at medical centers.

 

With the public participation, this political party will construct medical centers at every corner of this country. Facilities will be given on nominal rental to medical practitioners who can provide free services for some hours at such centers. These centers will be equipped with necessary labs for testing. This will help to detect any incoming epidemic and take quick counter measures.

 

Cost of the medical support is exorbitant. The issue starts with the medical education. This is costliest education. Existing efforts of government will be taken to a new high where many governments medical collages will get created, where students will get education at a very nominal rate. This party will make all efforts to provide all financial support from government to such medical collages.

Another issue is of high-cost equipment’s and medicines. Already ‘Make in India’ initiative is started which is amazing. This new party will ensure that all medical equipment’s and medicines get manufactured in India. Naturally it will be with lower cost hence we should be able to export them as well. Employment opportunities will increase tremendously. This new political party will try to give hundred percent funding from government for such initiatives.

 

Nowadays people admit their kids to schools at age 2, 3 also so that they can become ‘Taller, Stronger & Sharper’ going forward. Similarly medical facilities need to be utilized even before next human is born. Funny, isn’t it? But actually, this is the need. Only a healthy family can create healthy nation. Then only a nation will prosper. We need to make use of medical facilities, technological advancement right from beginning for ‘would-be’ bride and groom. This new political party will definitely start this initiative.

 

Even before registering in match making organizations or finding a match within family and friends, both ‘would-be’ bride and grooms should visit their hospitals and undergo various tests. It could be physical, mental tests. Hospital will give a code number. Also, hospital will register these details in a government portal created for this initiative.

 

When a near match candidate is observed by relatives of both, they should exchange code number given by hospital. Again ‘would-be’ bride and groom to visit their own hospitals. Doctor will be able to see only medical details of other party. They will not be able to see any personal details as name, address, hospital, labs in which tests were performed and by whom etc. They will compare medical report of other party with party sitting in front of them. In no case, medical reports will be shared. Doctor will give medical opinion if this would-be match is medically okay. Even they can suggest some future treatments which might be required if relation is going ahead.

 

While marriage is getting registered, both sides need to register code number given by their hospitals as well.

 

Once a married couple visits any hospital for any medical treatment, doctor will be able to see both reports.

 

Even due to certain reasons if divorce case gets files, court judge will also be able to see medical reports and recommendations for both.

 

Technology

 

This is the era of Technology only; this aspect cannot be neglected. India has done amazing progress so far on this front. This new political party will obviously try to take country to new high.

 

First and foremost, separate WhatsApp will be started which will be designed and developed in India. It will have interfaces with another WhatsApp applications used by world. Going forward, State and National level governments will make full use of it by communicating with Indian numbers. Now also many Government Services are on WhatsApp. This really brings ease for citizens.

If this new political party comes in power, this Indian WhatsApp will be used for various incidental polls where citizen’s opinion is required to start a new initiative.

 

As mentioned earlier, this new political party will start with a new mobile App to communicate with party members. This will help to reduce wastages in print media.

 

For a vast spread country like India, only Technology can help to get a wide reach. Remember, Britishers used ‘Railway’ technology to start quick travel and control this vast country.

 

Now India is in space also. This new political party will give preference to setup LEO [Low Earth Orbit Satellite] network. These Satellite fly quite low but can scan a very wide area. We will setup many ground stations. This will boost employment as well. LEOs will be built in India. We definitely have such capabilities.

 

This initiative will enable live monitoring of whole country. LEO Satellite Footage will help to investigate any accident, crime. Moreover, it will help to monitor monsoon impact, landslides. Unauthorized constructions can be detected quickly and prevented before they could become a major issue.

 

Now next episode in technology is AI [Artificial Intelligence]. For humans, this party’s ideology is no person is good or bad, only situation re-classifies him or his decisions as good or bad. Similarly for AI, this party’s ideology will be, AI is good AND bad. Only handler of it makes it as good or bad. If it becomes Bad then results can be devastating. If it becomes good, it will eat up many jobs.

 

So, this party will never allow AI in country’s administration. AI will be used as a supporting tool only where it can help for accuracy and simplicity. For example, in medical field, robot surgeries or AI simulations will be definitely used. But complete automation of manufacturing units will not be allowed except for manufacturing process which is dangerous for human workers. Our country is having very vast population. We have to provide work to each hand.

 

Technology is very much important for Security of this country. Rather next wars will be technology wars only. This new political party will work on creating virtual security domes to protect complete country from arial attacks. A virtual waves network will also be created to detect enemy entry from water. Xray technology will be spread to detect tunnels created by enemy, which we normally see on borders.

 

Innovations: -

 

This new political party will give importance to innovations. Nowadays we see discussions on problems only. In all types of media, we rarely see constructive programs. Since negative publicity is simplest option, it has more focus. Most probably due to pre-independence conditions, generally it is expected that government should give solutions. Why? Why all of us cannot think for answers? Let’s spell out whatever solution comes to our mind. Let it be wrong, funny. When hundred, thousands of solutions come from million brains of this country, problem will vanish very fast.

 

There are people who think, create innovations. Present government also gives lots of importance to this aspect.

 

This new political party will make efforts to make ‘Innovations’ as a national event. So, the process needs to start from top. In Parliament, a separate weekly hour slot will be created. It will be named as ‘Answer Hour’. For any national level issue, anyone has a solution with concreate action plan, can brief house in this ‘Answer Hour’. Speaker’s office will manage this initiative. Anyone wants to present should give one week’s prior intimation. He / She should mention the national issue for which going to present solution and time required. Each one has to give crisp details only so that many will get opportunity to present their ideas. Speaker’s office will try to keep presentations on same topic on same day. When one MP completes presentation, others can ask only quick questions which can be answered in short. Remaining questions will be sent to Speaker’s office. In next week’s session, idea presenter can give more details on those queries, if he/she is ready with details.

 

If no further queries / questions remaining, then a quick poll will be taken in parliament. Poll option will be as “Idea suitable & Need further actions”, “Idea not at all suitable”, “Idea to park for now and visit again in future”.

 

If highest votes have come for “Idea suitable & Need further actions”, then Speaker’s office will setup a separate group, where all interested MPs can join. They will keep discussing further steps and keep briefing parliament in next weekly sessions.

 

If highest votes have come for “Idea not at all suitable”, MPs need to communicate reasons to Speaker’s office. Idea presenter or any other MP might think through and might submit idea with different perspective. Else, the idea will get scrapped.

 

If highest votes have come for “Idea to park for now and visit again in future”, Speaker’s office will keep a track and bring those ideas in focus again, as and when requested by members.

 

This session will be live telecasted on all TV channels. Definitely citizens will be happy to see that solutions are getting debated in Parliament for their problems.

 

This initiative will help a lot. It will give opportunity to existing MPs to rise above existing party boundaries and think from national perspective.

 

For every idea, Election Commission of India will add certain number of bonus votes, which MP can use in next elections.

 

Even common man should also be allowed to participate in such sessions through MP of his / her area. Finance ministry will give a certain tax rebate to that common man for every idea presented.

 

This initiative can be conducted jointly for both houses or separately.

 

Same initiative will be started at State level also. Again, it can be both houses together or separately.

 

In a very short span of time, country will have a great database of such ideas. Every citizen should have read access to it. We never know, when some idea will get clicked for a different issue in some state.

 

When the common man will observe that policy makers are thinking on solutions, no doubt, millions of brains will start thinking on same lines.

 

This new party will make best out of this situation. A national level contest will be declared every year. Prizes will be in Crores for winners. All national level issues will be contesting subjects. Any individual / teams can present their ideas / prototypes and participate in this contest. Only condition is, idea should be able to solve issue in very less cost. It should be doable. For winners, government will help to get patent and start utilizing that idea.

 

Just as an example, plastic waste is a major issue for us. Now you will certainly laugh, but this is exact example of ideology of this new political party. Party ideology is, “no person / decision is bad. Only situation proves a person or decision is good or bad.” Exact same thing happened for Plastic. When it was invented by human, it was seen as a revolution. Plastic helped in many ways and wide use started. Now situation is changed. Due to heavy waste, plastic has become a villain now. So, it is highlighted that “Only situation can term something as good or bad!!”.

 

Extreme views are to ban plastic completely. Is it? Are we capable to do so? Plastic is brain child of human. Now you want to ban it because it is creating problems. Then why only plastic? Weapons, Nuclear Bombs are also brain child of human. They are destructive right from birth. Then why not to ban them as well? Again, reason is ‘Situation’. In present situation, we need weapons to protect us.

 

So, the best option is to make proper use of plastic waste. Plastic does not end. Now it has become a disguise. Let’s try to make blessings out of that disguise.

 

Plastic waste needs to be stopped at its end point, for example households. Our day starts by creating plastic milk bag waste. We can invent a small equipment. We can clean home plastic waste and put in that machine. This machine will produce a role, which can be used in 3D printers to create another simple thing like saucers, spoons, combs, soap case and what not. We always need such things. Then why not to use from the plastic waste recycled in our homes? If we need to protect our brain child ‘Plastic’, then only option is to “Keep Using”. It should never reach dump yards.

 

Under “Innovations” drive, nationwide contest can be started for such re-cycling of plastic waste. Because of prize is huge, many many brains will start thinking. Hundred, thousands of ideas will come. At least one will not become suitable? Just think.

Continuous BPR

 

BPR [Business Process Reengineering] activity will constantly review the government department processes. All efforts will be done to make process smooth, yet full proof. If a citizen has to approach any government department to take some approvals, BPR process will review from ‘Why such approval is needed’ itself. This party will always believe citizens. So why a citizen needs to take approval? It should not happen that an obedient citizen who is requesting approval, gets stuck in process. And another one, who never bothers to take such approvals, roams free and completes his work. Very simple example is construction. If a legitimate owner of a plot has to do a construction, he has to fulfill so many conditions like side margins, water source, parking, garbage recycling. At the same time, we see unauthorized constructions grow exponentially within no time. Because they do not go for any approval. If system cannot put a stop, then why rule for few only? Hence process has to be very simple. Excluding safety related rules, people should be allowed to construct freely. Their premise should not create problems for others.

 

BPR process will also review the documents required to be submitted. This party believes more in the live person standing in front, rather than believing the bundle of xerox copies he is carrying. It will be investigated as how the scrutiny happens, where it gets stored, how much cost is incurred to preserve those papers etc. In new technology era, importance will be given to electronic records [again without giving access to AI]

 

Another simple example is Helmet wearing. Court must have given this decision considering human safety only and which is correct. But on a crowded road, if a two-wheeler is moving with speed of only 10 by using breaks more than accelerator, then why he needs helmet? Helmet is definitely beneficial on highways where speed is more. But within crowded city, it’s of no use. Again, as mentioned above, we see many people on road without helmet. Only few get caught if cop is there. So, rules should be implementable and helpful. This party will focus more to make citizen’s life very simple. Citizens themselves will start following rules automatically & happily.

 

Outcome of BPR exercise will be more accurate SOPs [Standard Operating Procedures] for government departments.

 

For example, it is not Chief Minister’s duty to tell Municipal officers to clean public toilets, public places. This should happen regularly by routine process. Definitely there is a manpower shortage with municipalities. “Indian Volunteers” initiative will help over here.

 

Municipalities charge tax on residents. Some people cannot pay tax. They can work for Municipality under “Indian Volunteers” and get tax rebates along with earning a little.

 

Luckily, still in our country, seasons are regular. It might shift bit here and there, but still, they are stable. So, we know when and where there will be water clogging during heavy monsoon. Even timing of high and low sea tides is known. Metallurgical department nowadays gives quite good weather prediction. SOP will be setup in such a way which will consider all such parameters and declare public holiday in advance. There is no point in people stranding on roads, railway stations for many hours and cannot reach offices. It is a sheer national waste. Municipal troops will get deployed in advance wherever required so still they can restore roads quickly once event is reduced or passed through. Chief Ministers, Deputy Chief Ministers, Municipal top bosses need to not to visit war rooms and give directives to bring situation under control immediately.

 

Another example of issuing government directives to give compensation to farmers whose crops are damaged after heavy rains. This new political party will create SOPs like, getting government departments [agricultural, revenue] ready in advance once metallurgical warning is received for a particular place. LEO [Low Earth Orbit] satellite Footage [Refer more details under ‘Technology’ section] monitoring will be started on the day before calamity starts. This will help to get pre & post pictures. At present also geographical co-ordinates of farms registration is started. Farmers registration is started which contains farmers bank details as well. This new political party will give boost to this initiative so every property in country is tagged properly.

 

Once calamity is over, by seeing LEO pictures, computer system will calculate extent of damages is done. Compensation will reach in farmer’s account immediately. Political leaders not required to visit farms with heavy police and media convoys. Media can visit farmers separately. But now instead of only seeing crying, helpless faces of farmers, they will see more confident faces with compensation already received in account.

 

Farmers are born tough fighters. They just need a proper support. They can fight with any natural calamities. FSE [Farmers Stock Exchange] [Refer in ‘Food’ section], setup will also get benefitted with above mentioned steps.

 

As mentioned above, this party will focus to make rules which can be implemented. Double standards will be removed immediately. For example, cities are growing exponentially. Capacity of local municipal body is already over. So, we can see double standards getting applied. Big housing societies are considered as soft targets. Hence, they are compelled to have their own garbage recycle plant. Residents are forced to segregate dry and wet garbage. Still many times they have to wait for municipal truck to come and collect garbage. But just walk few meters and visit a slum area. These are actually unauthorized constructions and doubt if they pay municipal taxes. But no one tells them, or dare not to tell then to segregate garbage. Ontime garbage gets collected frequently from those areas. Justification is, municipality need to maintain hygiene. Very correct, then why double standard rules? Root cause is, capacity planning was not done for municipality.  We never know, may be after some time, even big societies will be directed to create their own cremation facilities also.

 

Town Planning

 

Readers might be surprised as why this aspect is not in priority list. Only reason is, town planning is something which is to be done before people start living and working over there. For this party, one of the priority assignments is to bring water, electricity, roads in all part of the country. Once we will start achieving this, obviously new regions will become suitable for living. For such areas, Town Planning will be defined first. This subject is quite methodical. Hence all rules will be followed very carefully while developing such future villages, cities. We have a very vast land. Definitely we can grow horizontally. In sky rise buildings there are many limitations & problems, which were highlighted by Covid epidemic. In olden days, there were scattered houses, some near to farms also. So there used to be lots of breathing space. In new town planning we will try to bring similar comfort. People should be near to their work areas and still in comfortable environment.

 

Existing big cities are now almost beyond scope of proper town planning. Whatever space was there, it was seen by builders only. So, we see huge townships which do not have even proper approach roads. Anyways... damage is done. It cannot be repaired quickly.

 

But this political party will try to do something better for slum areas. People do not stay in slum for enjoyment. They live in completely adverse conditions. Nowadays, redevelopment is considered to clear slums. Horizontal spread slum is getting converted in vertical structure. Additional buildings get created in the remaining area so affluent people can buy flats so that builder can manage converting existing slums in vertical structure. Mostly these slumps are grown on hills surrounding cities, or at river side, or railway tracks. So whole city, including slum residents get affected.

 

This new political party will definitely try a ‘Social Shift’ initiative, even though it is almost impossible.

 

A survey will be done of all citizens staying in such slums. Details will be collected as their original village, if they have any land over there, reason for migrating, will they prefer to go back to own village if helped to setup completely etc.

 

As seen earlier, once new habitable localities get created at different villages, slum dwellers from those villages will be given first preference to return. They will be given full protection to settle. Now since their village is equipped with water, electricity they can resume work in their ancestral farms. If they do not have any work, they will be given opportunity to take up any job of interest locally.

 

Once they move to village, at their present slum house, land will be vacated and a tree will be planted. When that family is settled down happily, their success story will be broadcasted on media. Many might get inspired and start moving to homeland and have a dignified life. It is a sincere wish that now earlier slum area should get transformed as full green area with many plants, which will bring a good atmosphere.

 

Profit Margins

 

In capitalistic economy, there is no control on extent of profit making. If your product is a brand, then you can put any price tag. For non-essential goods, still it can be okay like luxury cars etc. But for essential goods for living, this profit greed creates chain of problems.

 

Hence profit percent cap will be introduced. It will work something like Cost Plus. From manufacturer till every middleman before product reaches to actual consumer, fix percent of profit only can be earned. This will help to reduce essential goods process to some extent. In all this supply chain, labor / transport cost always plays more role. Introduction of “Indian Volunteers” will help to get cheap, seasonal labor and ‘Hyperloop’ for goods movement will reduce transport cost drastically.

 

Generally, it is seen that farmer get a very little price and end consume pays very hefty price. Putting control is bit difficult, but still can be tried. Government can track by various means that food items travelled from which village to which city. In cities, if end consumers given opportunity to fill what price they paid for which food item and when, we will come to know percentage on increase. Layer 1 Citizens can play a major role over here. Since they are spread across cities, by taking a sample movement, root cause can be identified as where the percentage was more. It will help to take appropriate measures.

 

Tax Reforms: -

 

All initiatives suggested in “Priority Assignments” and “Additional Focus Areas” will need funds. Tax is the main source of income for government. Nowadays a good growth is observed in Income Tax and GST collections. This is a very good sign for country.

 

Still, it is observed that very low percentage of people pay income tax. Everyone should contribute in growth of our country. This new political party will work to bring tax reforms which will expand the tax net to cover each and every citizen. By removing municipal and local taxes, all people should come under one tax umbrella like Income Tax. For salaried, businessman appropriate tax slabs can be set because their income is known. This is not possible for small businessman, professionals. Also, they should not spend more time in tax computation and entering returns. Hence it will be analyzed if tax can be collected from such present non-taxpayers. Everyone does mobile recharge; TV cable recharge every month. This tax amount will be that minimal and simple to pay.

 

Very rough example is, suppose there are 5 members in a house. Ten rupees per person should be paid as monthly tax by that family.

 

Suppose India’s population is 140 crores today. Let’s assume that currently 10 crores pay income tax. From remaining 130 crores, let us assume that 50 crores are earning for self and family. If they start paying Rs.120/- per head tax annually, then also we will get additional minimum 6000 crores of tax, even if paid for earning member only.

 

Again, in some households, poor people may not be able to pay this tax also. Then they will not be charged such tax. Instead, they can register under ‘Indian Volunteers’ and offer their services to this great country. In turn, they will earn small money for daily food as well. Their services itself will bring lot many indirect benefits to this country. All initiatives mentioned in “Priority Assignments” section and this “Additional Focus areas” can be achieved in low cost only by using the “Indian Volunteers” force.

 

Finance ministry is playing a great role in collecting taxes. It can be given further boost to attract more and more taxpayers. This new party, under Finance ministry, will start a lucky draw every year. Parameters will be like, paying 4 advance taxes on time, filing tax returns within stipulated time etc. Additional parameter for Chartered Accountant will be number of Tax returns filed on behalf of citizens. From every state one winner will be declared on 31Dec for Tax year completed in March. Each one will get Rs.10 Lakh as prize which will be tax free. This will make income tax payment as a habit to citizens. Actually, all such tax payers are economic warriors of our country. So, in 26 January national ceremony, these winners will get prizes from Finance minister.

 

Also, whenever any natural calamity like Covid hits our country, Finance ministry will direct all banks, finance institutions to operate on no-profit-no-loss mode for certain months. This itself will help to keep lot of money in market.

 

Historical Monuments

 

Our country is very rich in history and culture. We have amazing historical monuments. Since India was ruled by many religions, these historical monuments have religious background as well. Due to change in religious administration, existing monuments were converted to monuments of other religion.

 

A law was passed by Indian parliament as there will not be any change made to such monuments from a particular date. This was a correct step, as those monuments were built during favorable conditions of that time.

As mentioned earlier, only situation redefines a person or act as good or bad. So, we have to preserve our history as we received it. Today’s people were not part of that history.

But what about feelings / sentiments of losers / defeated ones? They were helpless so they have to just see how their religious places were ruined, restructured, renamed.

 

So, this new party will boost archeological surveys. At a place of particular monument, archeology investigation will be done to maximum possible historical period, without disturbing present structure. New scanners, Xray technologies will also be used to see through the structure and beneath. Whatever historical facts are received will be documented electronically. On the present site, all those facts will be displayed broadly. So, every religion, cult, dynasty will get proper recognition. This will be given enough publicity worldwide as well. Actually, this is going to demonstrate deep roots of our cultures and history. So as an additional tourist attraction, there could be additional historical museums, history boards available at current site.

 

This new party will give importance to upkeep of such historical monuments. As of now, government departments take care of this activity. But new party will speed up this process by involving common people. Now this time it is not by using “Indian Volunteers”.

 

As usual, this party will think in a different way. Let’s take example of Forts in Maharashtra. This is a great legacy. Once upon a time, those forts were at center of local economy. Government will declare a contest “MFL” [Maharashtra Forts Legue]. You might have heard about “IPL” which is for Cricket where different teams take part. MFL will be something like similar. But not for cricket.

 

It will start with Chamber of Commerce or all business associations in Maharashtra. Any business house can form a team and select a Fort. That business will advertise in public and invite members. This team will be like a new virtual business branch. It will be financed by CSR funds of that business. Also, they can take donations. Even multiple business can come together and form a forum to take care of one fort. This new virtual business will need to have all departments which exists in real business such as Operations, Estimations, Finance, Security etc etc. Only the business will be different. Using this virtual business, existing real business can try to judge their employees who are aspiring to take leadership positions.  They will get a chance to work on real assignment with real people and yet no losses to current real business.

 

All such groups will register themselves with government by indicating the Fort which they have selected.

 

Each group will do ground survey of Fort area. They will design a plan for renovation of Fort and all nearby area. Government will give mandatory directives as no Statue to be erected on forts, Archeological parts not be damaged, Tree plantation, Rest rooms, Solar and Wind power maximum usage, Complete development of local businesses should be done by creating an ecosystem. For example, tourist vehicles to go till bottom of hill only. So sufficient Entry-Exit roads building, with sufficient car parks, rest rooms, fuel pumps, hotels all to be built by team and further to be managed by local people. From parking, only battery-operated cars or bullock carts, horses to take tourists on fort using local manpower only.

 

So, this project will contain planning, designing, constructing, testing, budgeting, security so on and so forth. Many of activities can be done remotely. So, any citizen, who cannot travel, but willing, can still participate in MFL.

 

All activities to be done by keeping local police and administration in loop. They should know, who and when going to come to their village during project period.

 

All groups will submit their plans to government. A committee consisting of historians, trekkers, travel business heads will analyze and approve designs.

 

One approved, considering natural conditions in and around fort, each team will plan execution of design.

 

Once execution phase is over, again a high-level committee [now by including local authorities also], will decide first three winners. Prizes will be in crores. This will be first revenue to the business. Apart from this, government will give tax subsidy and all co-operation for expansion of that business within state, country.

 

Business will internally recognize each and every team member. They may get gift coupons or any other prize which is decided by that business.

 

There will be consolation prizes for all teams involved. They will have one more chance further.

 

This will be the first stage.

 

Now tourism ministry’s role will be started. They will make enough advertisement of each fort at local, state, national and international level. So, tourists will start flowing in.

 

This will be second phase. Government committee will keep observing how the newly built ecosystem is working at each fort. Additionally, they will take feedback from tourists.

 

After 3 months, again second phase winners will be declared considering latest observations. Again, the prizes will be in Crores.

 

Similar initiative will be carried out in all parts of India to upkeep the local historical monuments. At the same time, it will help to create a new center of economic activities at that location. It will give tremendous boost the local employment and businesses.

 

National functions Planning

 

Nowadays weather is totally unpredictable. In summer temperature becomes unbearable. In Rainy season, floods, landslides, traffic jams make life miserable. Most probably, after rainy season, till start of summer is only good period. Most probably it will be November to February. So, all national level functions, public ceremonies will be planned during this ‘National Functions’ period only. Actually, it will help for double celebrations. National historical pride events like 15 August and 26 January need to happen on those dates only. But in ‘National Functions’ period, all such events will be celebrated with very wide public participation. Every year, such event functions will be planned in every state, depending upon weather. This process will boost tourism & employment. Each state will get chance to host national level ceremonies. This will increase brotherhood as well.

 

All states will also follow ‘National Functions’ period for state level functions.

 

Of course there will be exceptions. For example, in Kashmir, November to February is the coldest period. So, when Kashmir turn comes, ‘National Functions’ will be planned between March to June.

 

Processes like elections, census will also be conducted during such period only.

 

Intension is, there should be fewer public movements during summer and rains. People should go out only for urgent needs. They should travel nearby places only. This will help to reduce public inconvenience, health issues due to exposure to very bad weather, casualties due to weather related accidents.

 

Media

 

Media is a great pillar of any democracy. So, this new party have absolutely no intensions to put controls on Media. A free flow will be always allowed. With the technological advancements, media can come in front of you in many forms. Media is expected to give a stage to common man to express concerns. But because of tough business race, sometimes we see a different picture.

 

Hence this new party will take necessary steps to avoid TRP concept. Media giving false, half cooked information will have to pay fine and provide public apologies on self and other channels at prime time.

 

Media will be encouraged to make viewers to think about answers, solutions as well for national level issues. Now also some media takes opinion polls. Instead, they have to take possible solutions from public and then take opinion polls for best public choice solution.

 

Same goes for entertainment media. This wing is full of violence for many reasons. We do see youngsters bringing it in practical life. This is dangerous. Unfortunately, we cannot stop such violence in entertainment shows. It will keep coming from outside countries as well on internet. So, this new party will ensure to make appropriate law by Information & Broadcasting ministry. In this new law, at the end of the show, media house must show after pack-up shots. In such shots, actors who were shown as performing violence, should show friendly gestures on same set before changing costumes. Actually, this must be happening on sets. Production house just has to take those shots and broadcast. Intension is, viewers should close the show with happy, good frames. It will help to reduce impact of violence scenes to some extent.

 

Progress of nearby countries

 

One must be wondering as why this new party should think about betterment of nearby countries. But just look at our history. Ancient India was very rich, resourceful. Nearby countries were deprived, backwards. This is a main reason why India’s history is full of invasions. These invasions made very big loss to this great country.

 

So once our stomachs are full and we are happy, we need to ensure that our neighboring countries also remain satisfied. So, they need not to think of invasions. We cannot make whole world happy. But at least we can create such buffer countries near to our borders. If countries beyond attack them, we will get time to be alert and ready for counter attacks and protect our country from another invasions.

 

In the new world, invasions are going to happen mostly for water. India will remain rich with water by further efforts undertaken by this new party. But this time, we do not want new invasions. So, we have to ensure that nearby countries also become self-sufficient for water and food. India will help them in all respect. If resources cannot be created due to nature, India will supply at very nominal rates, which they should be able to afford.

 

Democracy Spread across world

 

This is bit difficult but still very very eminent aspect. We see different countries having different types of rules. But with our own experience, we can vouch that only democracy is best. In democracy only a country can progress. In countries ruled by religion, terrorist, military, they cannot make progress and then start invading other countries. We have solid bad experience in ancient period. Now also we face this situation on some borders. So, this new political party will take up an initiative under Foreign Ministry, to make aware of Democracy benefits to other non-democratic countries. Again, we are lucky over here. In India, we have almost every religion. This new political party will create Peace Army troops of a particular religion and keep sending to countries which are governed by that religion. This will not be a covert mission. India will make intensions very clear worldwide. These troops will be sent at every possible occasion, maybe it is some religious function or cultural event. Assignment for this troop will be to give wide publicity to amazing achievements done by Indian democracy yet by following self-religion.

 

Under “Security”, we would have made it very clear to neighboring countries that “we will take care of our country, you look after yours only.” So definitely there will be objections from rulers. Hence this process will have to be done at citizen-to-citizen level only.

 

If all countries start respecting their citizens, there are no chances of further wars happening. Not at least on our beautiful earth.

Participation in Elections

India is democratic country. Law makers get elected. This new party also will contest center, state elections. It will never participate in local bodies [e.g. Municipal Corporations etc.] elections.

 

As per party rules, all communication will be using electronic & print media only. Nothing will be on road. No noise pollution. No traffic jams due to election publicity rallies.

 

Party candidate will use his own money for elections. If candidate is not in a position, then only party funds will be used.

 

Election of candidates will get decided internally with very unique process. The person who has demonstrated suggestion / execution of a new idea, which would have helped society, will get chance to represent in elections.

 

There will be chances, where multiple candidates may get eligible for a seat at center or state. In this case, there will be internal poling, but again in a very unique way for the constituency of that seat.

 

Suppose, there are 3 eligible candidates for one seat. Poling will be done for 3 days within this party. Party workers will analyze each candidate based on his past innovations, suggestions, achievements, and vote for preferred candidate in following method.

For supporters of candidate 1, on day 1, they will deposit 1 rupee ONLY in any bank / post in the account which is maintained for Army Flag Day Fund. Same process will happen on next two days. Deposition could be electronic or manual. Electronic is preferred, because manual deposit will increase work for Bank employees. On 4^th day, banks will declare collection total. Army Flag Day Fund office has to reconcile immediately and confirm that all money is received.

 

Suppose maximum deposits were there in 2^nd day, then that candidate will get election ticket from party. By chance if that candidate withdraws, then next highest deposit candidate will get a chance.

 

By chance, all three generate same deposits, then party higher-ups will take final decision.

 

For Local bodies like Municipal Corporations, this party will not participate. We have a very good administrative wing in this country. Local bodies are to take care of daily routine requirements such as water, electricity, transport, garbage cleaning etc. Present local bodies are competent enough to carry out these routine jobs. Actually, there should not be any intervention from third person. Hence this party will not go for corporators elections. As mentioned in ‘Priority Assignments’, once ‘Indian Volunteers’ initiative gets rolled out, local administrative bodies will get enough additional hands to perform routine jobs.

 

This new party, instead of having Corporators, will form a Shadow Municipal Departments structure. So, within the party, there will be assigned officials for each department of local municipality. These officials will provide help, guidance, analysis for all day-to-day jobs performed by local bodies.

 

All this contribution will be communicated to general public using electronic & print media, Party Website only. For any local project decision, party will help to conduct local poll to understand citizen’s opinions. Most importantly, Party designated official for a Shadow department, will keep watch on budget, and spend of actual department. This information will also be communicated to general public using electronic & print media, Party Website only.

Activities with zero elected MPs, MLAs

Party will form a shadow cabinet and start functioning on party decided ‘Priority Areas’ and ‘Additional Focus Areas.’

 

Since no member from this party is in power, through social media, office communications, this shadow cabinet will keep communicating with government.

 

Intension will be to support, provide more suggestions, ideas to make government decision, initiatives more public friendly.

 

If government is missing very critical social requirement, then also this shadow cabinet will keep prompting government to focus on such areas.

 

Through electronic media, party will keep briefing general public for such communications done with government. In any case, public agitation, strikes will not be conducted.

Activities with few elected MPs, MLAs

No individual monetary benefits, facilities will be accepted by elected candidates of this party, for example, MP, MLA fund, Salary, constituency fund, pension etc. They will have to manage on their own. For a poor person, party members need to contribute for his expenses.

 

For government travels, all expenses will be borne by nation only. Elected candidate can stay in Government provided residential facilities while working from State / central capital places. This is required from security perspective.

 

Since this party is not in majority, they will not participate in any coalition government. They will always remain unattached. They will not participate in any house elections such as election of house chair etc.

 

This party, even becomes eligible, will never take position of Leader of Opposition. Main reason is, this party is always going to analyze each and every decision from a national perspective. If some good is observed, party members will give full support to present government. If something is going bad, party elected members will keep raising voice, concerns till matter gets dropped.

 

When a polling takes place for national issue, they will consider only and only Nation’s interest and vote correctly. There will not be any party whip concept. Members themselves have to explain their actions and judgements through party communication channels.

 

They will form a shadow cabinet and start functioning on party decided ‘Priority Areas’ and ‘Additional Focus Areas.’ Since not in power, they will be working as ‘Pressure Group’ in the house. They will be backed up by party workers.

 

Again, through electronic and print media, party will keep communicating their achievements in their constituency.

 

They will not chair any public event. They can participate as a common man, but not on stage.

 

In short, they will not be dignitary in any monetary, social event.

Activities with Full Majority Win in Center and or State

Conditions mentioned above for ‘Activities with few elected MPs, MLAs’ will apply in this situation also.

 

Due to full majority, now government has to be formed by this party.

 

For each department, only eligible person will be appointed. Example, for Finance Ministry, only experienced person will be appointed as Finance minister. Again, the past performance, ideas / innovations shared will play a major role for getting appointed as minister.

 

In any case, party member’s Layer 1 & 2 are available to support wherever required. Layer 3 which will be used to the fullest extent. In Layer 3 “Front Commands”, anyone can participate. He / She need not to be member of this new political party. These “Front Commands” will be managed by respective ministry. For example, in case of Covid, Health ministry would have managed all “Front Commands” chain fighting against that epidemic.

 

All elected members will decide formation of government such as PM, CM etc.

 

Even elected with full majority, house chairperson position will be given to a knowledgeable person from opposition. Also in all houses, preference will be given to opposition to speak. Only condition is, they have to debate by points and relevant backups.

Party Dissolve

This party may get dissolved in following situations,

·       Any member, MP / MLA breaks the rules and no action is taken by party in a week’s time.

 

·       Any member, MP / MLA gets convicted by court under any case and no action is taken by party in a week’s time.

 

·       If it is decided by country to have similar separate parties for Male, Female & Transgender.

·       Mostly no, but if it ever happens in future, if President of India forms ‘President’s People’ party [concept of which is almost similar to this new party]. President is above all layers of government. This position is at Nation level which is highest. ‘President’s People’ will be from common man, who will work on new ideas, analysis of existing government’s decisions / procedures etc. They will work without taking any money from government.

 

 

 

Closing Comments

Now if you have thought that all your problems are going to get resolved, because you might have heard your thoughts only while reading this book, then please return the normal world. This is just a wish of a new party. It may or may not happen. For now, it is fantasy only.

 

If someone really wants to make it happen, then that ‘he or she’ must have to be a famous personality at national level. Should not have any corruption, court cases. Should have sufficient money to bear initial expenses of advertisements, web site, administrative manpower to take various approvals to form a party etc.

 

Mostly, if anyone from existing political background wish to take up, then it will be bit difficult for him/her since people may not believe.

 

So most probably, person need to be from entertainment industry, player or some professional like Doctor, Lawer etc. Actually, businessman is most suitable, since he/she will have money and required resources, but again common public might not believe and party may not last for long.

 

If a common man starts the party, then next task will be to find likeminded people. For this, country wide newspapers can be reviewed. Anyone publishing new ideas or suggesting concreate solution with action plan for any of national issue, that person should be contacted. These are the correct members for this new party. But of course, this will be a long process. People will struggle to understand party concept itself.

 

It might happen that someone will think to start some kind of NGO. That is also okay. But somehow, it will not have full intended impact. As again people may not believe completely.

 

A proper legal political party only will attract likeminded, gain confidence, and will be able to make intended growth.
